Simone Williams

Simone Williams is enrolled in the PhD in the Arid Lands Resource Sciences program at University of Arizona. She has several years of experience practicing in natural resource management, climate change adaptation and resilience building.

Simone will contribute to the groundwater group and will work with Sharon Megdal and Isaya Kisekka. Her research interests and scholarship include:

• Conducting landscape level spatio-temporal analysis to identify patterns or processes that inform sustainable water governance;
• Enhancing climate change adaptation outcomes in the water sector; and,
• Providing decision support systems to improve assessment of water resource risks and vulnerability.
