Nuo Xu

Nuo Xu is a third-year Ph.D. candidate in hydrologic science specializing in data mining and geospatial analysis. Her interdisciplinary background as a geospatial data scientist and water resources engineer equips her with a comprehensive perspective on complex environmental challenges. Her current research focuses on integrating remote sensing and machine learning to develop a public tool for analyzing California's soil moisture data, supporting water resource management, agricultural productivity, and environmental monitoring.
